Do I need to use an Estate Agent?

The beauty of the way property is bought and sold in the UK is that it is not a legal requirement to use an estate agent to sell your house. While they have their uses (free valuations, knowledge of the local market), they are also vastly more expensive than what we offer. Marketing your property yourself can save you many thousands of pounds.

How much can I save?

You may decide that selling your house is too daunting a proposition to carry out yourself. Or, that by using an estate agent as well you are broadening your chances of finding a buyer. It is possible to advertise with us as well as with an estate agent, however you will need to talk it through with them and make sure that their terms and conditions allow it.
