How easy is it to sell a property?
It's a transactional process. Once you've found a buyer, all you need is a solicitor who will take care of the
legal paperwork. There are other functions covered by Estate Agents, such as arranging viewings, advising on
valuation, and keeping you informed on the status of any changes. However with a few phone calls and emails
these are all things you can do yourself.
Can I amend my property details once it has been advertised?
Yes. Simply log in to your account.
Are you an Estate Agency?
No we are not! Estate agents charge commission and have much more involvement with the sale of a property.

What if I'm already signed up with an estate agent?
It's best to be open and transparent with them. First, check the agreement you have signed with them. You can
sell your house privately even if it's a Sole Agency agreement, AS LONG AS this is not specifically excluded in
the agreement.
But out of courtesy, it is better to tell them that you are doing this to maximise your chances of selling your
property. They shouldn't object to you doing this - if they do, then they clearly do not have your best interests
at heart.
What do I do if my photos are too big?
We can accept images up to 500KB in size. If you play around with it using your digital photo software, then
you can usually reduce the photo in size.
