What types of properties do you advertise?
Here are some examples of the types of property we are looking for:
- Cosmetic update - splash of paint, new carpets, new curtains, but basically liveable in.
- Needs modernisation/renovation - has four walls and a roof, but the kitchen hasn't been touched for 30 years and there's no central heating.
- Development opportunity - the house might be in a reasonable condition, but there's a huge loft space that is crying out
for conversion into a fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
- Planning permission - planning permission has been approved to extend the house into the garden and allow for an enormous
open-plan kitchen with all mod cons, to give the house a "wow" factor.
- Derelict/fire-damaged - a pile of bricks in a field that might have once been a house.
- Plot - just the field.
